[Session] Alchemist

Hi gamer

Durante le mia vacanze in Trentini sono riuscito a fare qualche partita con Serena e Caterina. Abbiamo giocato sopratutto ad Alchemist, il nuovo gioco dell'Amigo di Carlo A. Rossi

during my holiday up in the Alps, I was able to play some games with my wife and my daughter. We played most Alchemist, the new Amigo game by Carlo A. Rossi.


Alchemist è un gioco semplice e divertente in cui interpreti il ruolo dell'alchimista impegnato a preparare pozioni utilizzando strani ingredienti come ragni, occhi, funcghetti ...

Mi sono divertito nelle 3 partite giocate ... e anche Caterina (di 6 anni)

Alchemist is a quite simple and funny game where you are an alchemist in the way of preparing potions using strange ingredients like spiders, eyes, mushrooms and so on ...

I quite enjoyed the 3 games played and also my daughter (she is 6 years old).

In the meantime ...

It is a long time since I'm not updating my blog. I was quite busy in the meantime but I was able to still play games.

In the last weeks I played Runebound at least two times.

Runebound against Jappo and Gianluca

Was a nice game. We was using the Giants expansion together with 1-2 deck of extra items and allies. I was able to win killing 5 of the 8 giants before the final phase and than 2 of 4!

I think Runbound is a great game for 2-3 players

Runebound against Ste (my brother), Gianluca, Becchi and Wolla

We played with the Avatar of Kelnos expansion; 2 extra items and allies decks and the Tomb extra creatures.

I think Runebound is a bit too much slow in 4-5 players but we have a nice time. We had to stop before anyone of us was ready to fight the Avatars. I won a Red Avatar (the greed one) in the last turn loosing my best ally.

Atlanteon with Gianluca

was my first time at Knizia Atlanteon and I found it is a nice, abstract, game. I need to ply it more to be sure it is not too much repetitive. I won the game.

Battlelore with Gianluca

Was my 2nd defeat at Battlelore. My earth elemental was killed in the 3rd round by a battle-back from green infantries! His Hill Giant treat my army throwing stones during all the game. I was quite unluckily in the dice rolls and the game ended 6-2 for Gianluca.

I hope in the next days to start updating my blog again regularly ...
